Introduction

Welcome to stageOS. By creating an account, registering for an event, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We keep them clear, fair, and respectful of your time.

Who We Are

stageOS is operated by Sirat Al Faaliyat Company for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences (trading as Safira), CR 7049355956, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Safira”, “we”, “us”).

The Service

stageOS provides event management, registration, speaker booking, event intelligence, AI matchmaking, networking, and related tools. It includes stagePassport (for individuals) and stageOS Events (for organisers and businesses).

We strive to keep our service reliable, but we may occasionally need maintenance or updates. We’ll do our best to notify you in advance.

Events Run by Safira and by Other Organisers

stageOS is used by Safira to run its own events and by independent organisers to run theirs.

• Safira events. Safira is the organiser and is responsible for the event.
• Third-party events. The organiser named on the event page is solely responsible for the event. This includes its content, programme, venue, safety, ticketing and refund terms, and any media it records. Safira provides the platform only and is not a party to the arrangement between you and that organiser.

The organiser’s own terms may apply in addition to these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms on the use of the platform, these Terms prevail.

Your Account

You’re responsible for your account and its security:

• Use a strong password.
• Don’t share access.
• Keep your profile information accurate.

Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We’ll handle any issues promptly.

Event Attendance, Photography and Media

Consent to capture. Events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or live-streamed. By registering for and attending an event, you agree that you may appear in these materials, subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy. This applies unless you wear a “No Photography” lanyard or badge.

Licence to use event media. You grant Safira, and for third-party events the organiser, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use event media in which you appear. The licence is worldwide and runs for the period described in our Privacy Policy. It covers reproduction, editing, and publication for:

• event recaps and highlight videos
• promotion of future events
• social media and website content
• case studies and reports to partners and sponsors
• press coverage

You can withdraw this consent for future use at any time, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Withdrawal does not affect materials already printed, distributed, or published by independent third parties.

Your own recording. You may take personal photos and video at events unless the organiser says otherwise. You are responsible for anything you capture or share. You must:

• respect other attendees’ privacy and “No Photography” badges
• not record sessions marked as closed or confidential
• comply with Saudi law, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law

Third-party content. Content captured or shared by other attendees, press, sponsors, or venues is their responsibility, not Safira’s.

Your Content and Profile

Your content is yours. This includes your profile, headshot, company details, event materials, and anything you upload.

You grant us a licence to host, display, and process it to operate the service. That includes showing your profile to other attendees for networking where you have consented.

You confirm that you have the right to upload your content, and that any photo of you is genuinely of you.

AI Matchmaking and Noura

Noura, our AI co-pilot, suggests connections, meetings, and insights based on the information available to her.

• Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. We do not guarantee that any introduction will lead to a meeting, partnership, or deal.
• You are responsible for your own due diligence and business decisions.
• Any agreement you reach with another user is between you and that user.

Networking and Business Conduct

Use stageOS for legitimate event, networking, and business purposes. You must not:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• harass or abuse anyone
• impersonate others
• scrape or extract data
• misuse other users’ contact details
• attempt to harm the platform or its users

Treat others with respect. Simple.

Organiser Responsibilities

If you use stageOS to run an event, you are the controller of your attendees’ data and of media recorded at your event. You agree to:

• have a lawful basis and give attendees proper notice, including for photography and recording
• honour attendees’ requests, including opt-outs and deletion
• comply with the PDPL and all applicable Saudi laws, and hold all permits required for your event
• use attendee data only for your event, and not sell it

You will indemnify Safira against claims arising from your event, its content, or your breach of these obligations.

Speakers, Vendors and Third-Party Services

• Speakers and vendors listed on stageOS are independent and are not employees or agents of Safira.
• Bookings are subject to the terms agreed between you and them.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or HyperPay, under their own terms.

Payment and Pricing

• Pricing is transparent, and we’ll make any fees clear before charging you.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime — no questions, no hassle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Event ticket refunds follow the organiser’s stated refund policy.
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Event Changes and Cancellations

Organisers may change speakers, schedules, or venues. Where an event is cancelled, any refund is handled by its organiser under their refund policy.

Safira is not responsible for changes to third-party events, or for events affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Our platform, branding, software, and technology, including Noura and stageOS, are ours. Don’t copy, reverse-engineer, or resell them. Mutual respect.

Disclaimers

stageOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about:

• uninterrupted availability
• the accuracy of user-provided or AI-generated content
• the outcome of any event or connection

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Safira is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This includes lost profits, lost deals, and lost data.
• Safira is not liable for the acts, omissions, or content of organisers, attendees, speakers, vendors, press, or other third parties.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your rights under the PDPL.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Safira against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. If this happens, we’ll explain why and provide an opportunity to address the issue when possible. Clauses that by their nature should survive closure will survive, including the media licence (subject to withdrawal), limitation of liability, and indemnity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The version you accepted at registration applies to that event.

Language

These Terms may be provided in Arabic and English. If there is any conflict between the two, the Arabic version prevails.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
